Davis™ Dyslexia Correction Programme

Davis™ Dyslexia Correction Programme is suitable for children ages 8 and older, as well as adults of any age. This programme seeks to empower children and adults who experience difficulties with reading, writing, spelling and/or handwriting issues. Techniques will be taught that will allow a client to turn off perceptual distortions, so that in an oriented state, the client will be able to have accurate perception of a text. It also seeks to teach a client Symbol Mastery so that a word/symbol no longer causes confusion for the client.

Davis™ Reading Programme for Young Learners

This is a dyslexia intervention programme targeting children from 5 to 7 years old. It enables the young learner to master the alphabet and beginner reading skills. The parent or support person will also be equipped with the skills required to provide ongoing learning support to the child.

Davis™ Math Mastery Programme

Dyscalculia is a specific learning difficulty associated with math/numeracy. This means that a person with dyscalculia will struggle with concepts required to understand mathematics. Math is about measuring change. It is a series of consequence, done in sequence and in a certain order. People who have an inherent sense of these concepts can easily learn and understand math. Math has its unique set of symbols (+, -, x, ÷, =) and words (eg. more than, less than) that can cause confusion and disorientation. Through the programme, clients will be taught to turn off the disorientation at will and master each symbol and word that cause them confusion.

Davis™ Attention Mastery Programme

This is a drugs-free solution to ADD/ADHD. The programme aims to teach the client how to turn off disorientation that affects his/her sense of time. The client will be taught self-regulation techniques in order to recognise lack of focus and what to do about it. The client will also be taught concepts such as change, consequence, cause, effect, before, after, time, sequence, order and disorder, which are missing in their understanding. They are then invited to experience and see how these concepts operate in the real world.
